Our model of care

Our model of care brings clinical expertise to the social care setting. We emulate the dynamics of the family setting but manage complex young people in the right environment. Based on positive behaviour plans, our care staff are trained to be ‘conscious’ of the young person at all times and emulate support in the structure of a family environment.

Our team

Our service is led and managed by a Registered Manager with many years’ experience of working with young people in a social care setting. Supported by specially trained care staff, the service puts the young person at its heart. Freiston Hall School is led by an experienced Headmaster with a qualified teaching team. Our in-house Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and a Consultant Psychotherapist, strictly dedicated to supporting staff through regular supervision and psychological coaching, help to enhance the development and retention of our workforce. Additional clinical expertise from Speech and Language Therapist and other client specific therapeutic interventions can be contracted in through formal service level agreements with child and adolescent experts. This combination of expertise enables us to deliver high standard clinical expertise in a social care setting.
